Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Please include clear photos of the damage or issue when contacting us.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and issue a replacement or refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Note: We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for issues unrelated to shipping or product quality.
